CAMPUS FOR INNOVATION RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY

The CREATE concept is a 485,000sf technology campus featuring a 100,000sf food technology incubator, a 160,000sf creative tech complex, and a 200,000sf research & development facility earmarked for biotech wet labs and other bioscience office and incubator space. The design of a 100,000sf accelerator facility will accommodate startup companies. With this project, we aim to merge the important innovative industries of food tech, creative tech, and bioscience R&D to one community. Anchored by both traditional and social impact capital resources, the Project seeks to be ground-zero for social change and an economic engine for transformative change in the south Los Angeles community.
