We are honored to be a part of the NUVIS design team working on the renovation of the Redondo Beach Seaside Lagoon for the City of Redondo Beach. Our more than 25 year friendship with NUVIS LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE and 10 years with ZIESE ARCHITECTURE continues to generate great results. “The King Harbor Seaside Lagoon is The West Coast's only heated, sea water swimming lagoon. The perfect spot to bring the family and enjoy a day at the beach in salt, calm, shallow water that is always warmer than the ocean.”

Our teams task is to redesign and revitalize the Lagoon with a new program, amenities, and refurbishment of the lagoon itself. Seen below are 3 schemes for renovation. The project is ongoing.
